Coping with Stress during Exam preparation

Each year, thousands of students preparing for their board exams go through varying degrees of stress and anxiety. Lost appetites, low confidence, nervousness, anxiety and even depression are no strangers to youngsters who are conditioned to look at these exams as the be-all and end-all of academic achievements in school. 
Every year the media is filled with reports of suicides and suicidal attempts by kids as young as 14 to 17 who fear the board examinations, or their poor performance in it.
